This Privacy Policy explains how AiHome (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the AiHome mobile application (the “App” or the “Service”).

AiHome is designed to help you redesign and visualize interiors, apply styles, replace furniture, recolor walls and floors, and export design results. We prioritize your privacy and handle your images and design inputs responsibly.

• No account is required to use AiHome.
• We do not use in-app advertising or third-party analytics by default.
• Images and design inputs you choose to process may be transmitted to our backend services to generate results. Exports are initiated solely by you.

Information We Handle

Photos and Design Inputs You Provide

The App allows you to upload or select photos of interiors and provide design preferences. These are used to generate visual results, style suggestions, and previews.

Permissions

• Photos: Access to your photo library is required to select images for design processing.
• Camera (optional): If you capture new photos from within the App.
• Notifications (optional): If you enable guidance or tips.

Export and Sharing

You may choose to export your design results (e.g., files or share options) to send them to collaborators or professionals. Exports are initiated solely by you. After export, the handling of that copy is your responsibility.

What We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect personally identifiable information (such as name, email, address) unless you directly contact us.
• We do not use third‑party advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs by default.

Use of Information

Images and inputs are used to provide core features such as visual redesign results, previews, suggestions, and exports. If you contact us for support and share information with us, we will use it only to respond to your inquiry.

Data Storage and Security

Your images may be transmitted to backend services to generate results and may be cached on your device for performance. Please protect your device with a passcode and keep your operating system updated. If you delete the App or your device data, locally cached results may be lost unless you export or back them up.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

International Use

Your use of the App may be subject to privacy and health data regulations in your region. We do not transfer your health data to our servers. If you choose to export data, that exported copy may be processed by services of your choice according to their terms and privacy policies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and publishing the updated policy in the App resources or website.

Photo Privacy

Your photos are precious to us, and we take their privacy seriously:

• Local Processing: All photo analysis is performed locally on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to our servers.
• No Photo Storage: We do not store, backup, or have access to your actual photos.
• Deletion Control: Only you can delete photos from your device. We provide recommendations, but you maintain full control.
• Photo Access: We only access photos you grant us permission to analyze through iOS permissions.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services that may collect information:

• Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements in our app. Google AdMob may collect and use data to provide personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting your device's advertising settings.
• Apple App Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases.
• Analytics Services: For app performance monitoring and crash reporting.

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data under GDPR

We may process Personal Data under the following conditions:

• Consent: You have given Your consent for processing Personal Data for one or more specific purposes.
• Performance of a contract: Provision of Personal Data is necessary for the performance of an agreement with You and/or for any pre-contractual obligations thereof.
• Legal obligations: Processing Personal Data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Company is subject.
• Vital interests: Processing Personal Data is necessary in order to protect Your vital interests or of another natural person.

• Legitimate interests: Processing Personal Data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Company.

The Company undertakes to respect the confidentiality of Your Personal Data and to guarantee You can exercise Your rights.

• Request access to Your Personal Data. The right to access, update or delete the information We have on You. Whenever made possible, you can access, update or request deletion of Your Personal Data directly within Your account settings section. If you are unable to perform these actions yourself, please contact Us to assist You. This also enables You to receive a copy of the Personal Data We hold about You.
• Request correction of the Personal Data that We hold about You. You have the right to have any incomplete or inaccurate information We hold about You corrected.
• Object to processing of Your Personal Data. This right exists where We are relying on a legitimate interest as the legal basis for Our processing and there is something about Your particular situation, which makes You want to object to our processing of Your Personal Data on this ground. • Request erasure of Your Personal Data. You have the right to ask Us to delete or remove Personal Data when there is no good reason for Us to continue processing it.
• Request the transfer of Your Personal Data. We will provide to You, or to a third-party You have chosen, Your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Please note that this right only applies to automated information which You initially provided consent for Us to use or where We used the information to perform a contract with You.
• Withdraw Your consent. You have the right to withdraw Your consent on using your Personal Data. If You withdraw Your consent, We may not be able to provide You with access to certain specific functionalities of the Service.

You may exercise Your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by contacting Us. Please note that we may ask You to verify Your identity before responding to such requests. If You make a request, We will try our best to respond to You as soon as possible.

Sale of Personal Information

This means that We may have received some kind of benefit in return for sharing personal information, but not necessarily a monetary benefit.

We may sell and may have sold in the last twelve (12) months the following categories of personal information:

Sale of Personal Information of Minors Under 16 Years of Age

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 16 through our Service, although certain third party websites that we link to may do so. These third-party websites have their own terms of use and privacy policies and we encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and instruct their children to never provide information on other websites without their permission.

We do not sell the personal information of Consumers We actually know are less than 16 years of age, unless We receive affirmative authorization (the "right to opt-in") from either the Consumer who is between 13 and 16 years of age, or the parent or guardian of a Consumer less than 13 years of age. Consumers who opt-in to the sale of personal information may opt-out of future sales at any time. To exercise the right to opt-out, You (or Your authorized representative) may submit a request to Us by contacting Us.

If You have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 (or 16) has provided Us with personal information, please contact Us with sufficient detail to enable Us to delete that information.

  • Providing a different level or quality of goods or services to You

Exercising Your CCPA/CPRA Data Protection Rights

In order to exercise any of Your rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and if You are a California resident, You can contact Us.

Only You, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that You authorize to act on Your behalf, may make a verifiable request related to Your personal information.

Your request to Us must:

• Provide sufficient information that allows Us to reasonably verify You are the person about whom We collected personal information or an authorized representative
• Describe Your request with sufficient detail that allows Us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it

We cannot respond to Your request or provide You with the required information if We cannot:

• Verify Your identity or authority to make the request
• And confirm that the personal information relates to You

We will disclose and deliver the required information free of charge within 45 days of receiving Your verifiable request. The time period to provide the required information may be extended once by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary and with prior notice.

Any disclosures We provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable request's receipt.

For data portability requests, We will select a format to provide Your personal information that is readily usable and should allow You to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

As defined in the CCPA/CPRA, "sell" and "sale" mean selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a Consumer's personal information by the Business to a third party for valuable consideration. This means that We may have received some kind of benefit in return for sharing personal information, but not necessarily a monetary benefit.

We do not sell personal information as the term sell is commonly understood. We do allow Service Providers to use Your personal information for the business purposes described in Our Privacy Policy, for activities such as advertising, marketing, and analytics, and these may be deemed a sale under CCPA/CPRA.

You have the right to opt-out of the sale of Your personal information. Once We receive and confirm a verifiable consumer request from You, we will stop selling Your personal information. To exercise Your right to opt-out, please contact Us.

The Service Providers we partner with (for example, our analytics or advertising partners) may use technology on the Service that sells personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA law. If you wish to opt out of the use of Your personal information for interest-based advertising purposes and these potential sales as defined under CCPA/CPRA law, you may do so by following the instructions below.

Please note that any opt out is specific to the browser You use. You may need to opt out on every browser that You use.

Mobile Devices

Your mobile device may give You the ability to opt out of the use of information about the apps You use in order to serve You ads that are targeted to Your interests:

• "Opt out of Interest-Based Ads" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android devices
• "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS devices

You can also stop the collection of location information from Your mobile device by changing the preferences on Your mobile device.

Limit the Use or Disclosure of My Sensitive Personal Information

If You are a California resident, You have the right to limit the use and disclosure of Your sensitive personal information to that use which is necessary to perform the services or provide the goods reasonably expected by an average consumer who requests such services or goods.
